Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with the community through face-to-face interactions, expanding access to Spectrum's high-speed data and communication solutions. Most time is spent outdoors visiting residential customers and presenting Spectrum's offerings.

You'll tailor needs-based proposals, complete sales documentation, and participate in meetings to support team goals. With a base salary plus incentives, total compensation can exceed $100,000 annually, plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across services including internet, mobile, landline, and video.
