Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Balancing Sales Specialist to drive growth in the North Carolina territory. You will build relationships with engineers, contractors and owners, navigate projects from inception through commissioning, and deliver value through Victaulic’s full product line.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and sales experience in construction or PVF, be willing to travel, and handle physical duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services in construction, PVF, or mechanical products is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and lift 50+ pounds+.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how it helps projects stay on time and budget.
• Master grooved joining methods and competitive alternatives to overcome objections.
• Develop territory plans with the Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales potential.
• Deliver product demos, lunches-and-learns and training to engineers and contractors.
