Victaulic is seeking a Balancing Sales Specialist for North Carolina. This field-based role requires building strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners to drive profitable projects while traveling as needed.

You will learn Victaulic’s full product line, master grooved pipe joining methods, and collaborate with distributors and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position emphasizes hands-on territory leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in selling value-added products to commercial construction clients.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line to help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and compare with welding and flanging.
• Identify construction cycles and follow major projects in your territory.
• Develop relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners.
• Coordinate with Victaulic distributors and internal staff to ensure top customer experience.
