Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative for a full-time independent contractor role in B2B direct sales across a local Texas territory. You will meet business owners and employees in person, explain supplemental insurance options, and guide enrollment decisions, with ongoing client service and relationship management.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to obtain a Health & Life license within 90

Qualifications

• Thrive in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (licensing support provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for leadership teams and employees.
• Recommend supplemental coverage solutions based on client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
