Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative focused on direct, in-person B2B sales of supplemental insurance. As a full-time independent contractor, you’ll meet business owners and employees in your local territory to explain benefit options and guide enrollment decisions.

You'll work with a structured training program, mentorship, and leadership support while building your own book of business. Travel locally is required and licensing will be supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Comfortable with face-to-face, relationship-focused environments.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with SMB clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims questions.
• Maintain client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand territory through referrals and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track activity and manage assigned territory.
