Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our local B2B direct sales team. As an independent contractor, you will meet with business owners and employees in your territory, present supplemental insurance options, guide enrollment decisions, and build lasting client relationships.

You will receive structured training, mentorship, and leadership support while maintaining autonomy over your schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Ability to present benefits to business owners and employees.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (training provided).
• Local travel and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions
• Support enrollment and follow-up
• Maintain client activity records using Salesforce CRM
• Expand territory through referrals and networking
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals
• Track and report activity in territory
