Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles

• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (support provided)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for leadership teams and employees
• Recommend supplemental coverage solutions based on client needs
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory
