Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative for its local Texas territory. This full-time, independent contractor role focuses on B2B direct sales of supplemental insurance, meeting business owners and employees in person, and guiding enrollment decisions.

You will operate with flexibility, receive structured training and leadership support, and build a sustainable outside sales career within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Ability to travel locally and manage a territory.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for leadership teams and employees.
• Recommend supplemental coverage solutions based on client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
