Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trades Specialist to drive field sales in the Alabama/Florida Panhandle region. You will promote DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and other brands, build key customer relationships, and mentor the local team on end-user development and purchasing processes.

Travel up to 50% is expected while using Salesforce for CRM and planning. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and deliver solutions that align with market needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in Sales/Marketing for construction supplies with proven results.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve top-line sales targets within territory.Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage key contracts.
• Mentor local market team on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to execute marketing initiatives.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and report progress regularly.
