Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, working through Atlas CRM. You will train with leadership and then manage appointments, uncover needs, and close sales in a fast cycle.

The role emphasizes commission and residuals, with strong growth potential in a revenue-driven environment. As part of the Payroll division, you’ll work with the PDM/PTM to set appointments, demonstrate value, and expand our client

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Develop knowledge of product/service portfolio and market trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
