Job summary

Auris Payroll Client Advisor role is to prospect and run payroll presentations for small and mid-sized merchants, aiming to close deals quickly. You will present Auris solutions via Atlas CRM and may upsell additional Heartland products, working with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager.

During training you’ll be paired with a manager to learn the short-cycle sales process, then you’ll set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission earnings and residuals from your book of business.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.
• Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
• Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system; Atlas.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
• Continuously build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
