Job summary

Auris is the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor prospect and run payroll presentations in person or by phone to close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation and client analysis. Training enables a 100% commission model and residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Pre-employment background check required
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality results
• Field-based role ~50% of time
