Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated outside sales representative to cover the Greater Boston area. You will prospect, qualify and close opportunities in a fast-paced field role, driving revenue through uncapped commissions and a strong base salary.

The role emphasizes direct customer engagement, product demonstrations, and effective outreach in residential services. You will work outdoors in diverse conditions while representing a leading internet provider with excellent support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work outdoors and travel within assigned territory.
• Sales/quota driven and motivated to perform in a fast-paced field role.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers through demonstrations.
• Execute sales strategy to increase sales in the territory.
• Prepare sales information for customers and distribute marketing material.
• Remain knowledgeable on product/service developments and changes.
