Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect residents with Spectrum’s high‑speed data and communication services. You will visit leads, assess needs, and tailor proposals to each customer, driving growth and satisfaction.

Expect a strong commission structure and opportunities to earn over $100,000 total compensation. You'll spend most of your time outdoors visiting communities, with occasional office coordination and training sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking ability.
• Proven interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Travel to assigned territories and maximize customer contact.
