Job summary

Charter Communications, via Spectrum, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to high‑speed data and communications services. You will meet prospective customers, perform needs analyses, and present tailored proposals to drive growth.

Requirements: High School Diploma, English fluency, valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, and willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel locally to cover assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high‑speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
