Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience or track record in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to perform needs analyses and tailor recommendations to customers.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses and tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation: dispositioning, order entry, reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training.
• Meet monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors and report insights to manager.
