Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell our portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across your territory. You will lead product evaluations in operating rooms and office-based settings while demonstrating the clinical and economic value of our solutions.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, provide on-site product expertise, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or related field.
• OR 5+ years of outside sales/territory-based selling with a track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural settings.
• Provide on-site product guidance and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts within territory.
