Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell our portfolio across your territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures in OR and office settings, and demonstrate clinical and economic value to customers, while growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

You will build strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators, traveling as needed to meet sales goals and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years outside sales or high-performance environment with sales interest.
• Ability to travel across assigned territory and provide in-person support for product evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Support procedures with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts within territory.
• Educate customers on features, applications, and economic value through in-services.
• Track activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
