Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, both in person and over the phone, driving to close sales in a fast cycle.

You will work with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, training on Atlas CRM to manage lead generation, client analysis, and paperless contracts before setting your own schedule and pursuing 100% commission opportunities and residuals on the book you build.

Qualifications

• Excellent prospecting, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and schedule appointments.
• Maintain existing and prospective client records in the CRM system; log calls and notes.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first-time appointments.
• Continuously build knowledge of Auris products and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Possibly take on additional responsibilities as needed.
