Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, delivering value during a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and train with a Territory Manager while using Atlas CRM for lead generation, sales presentations, and on-the-spot analysis.

After training, you will set your own schedule to maximize a 100% commission upside and residuals from your clients, while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Two years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to prospect, present, and close in a fast sales cycle.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM per policy.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and close deals.
• Stay updated on fintech product portfolio and industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Assist with training and adapt to role changes as needed.
