Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and train with a Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM for lead generation and on-the-spot financial analysis.

During training, your PMT/PM will accompany you; after onboarding you can set your schedule to maximize earnings from commissions and residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time
