Job summary

Auris is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will close deals in a fast sales cycle and leverage Atlas CRM for lead generation and contract processing.

Training with leadership will precede independent scheduling to maximize commissions. During training you will be coached on the short-cycle sales process, then you will run appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales.

Qualifications

• Hands-on prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client meetings.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a field sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Atlas) with client interactions.
• Meet or exceed minimum production requirements and close deals.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Work in the field at least 50% of the time.
