Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, both in person and by phone. You will work with local leaders to set appointments, uncover client needs, and close deals using Atlas CRM for lead generation and contract processing.

During training, leaders guide you through a short-cycle sales process; after training you can set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals while expanding your client

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and other systems.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure wins.
• Stay informed on product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Additional duties as needed.
