Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and close deals with SMBs in the Texas area. You will conduct in-person and phone presentations, use Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing, and build a profitable client portfolio with uncapped commissions and residuals.

During training you’ll be paired with a PDM/PTM, then transition to independent field work with a flexible schedule designed to maximize

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and residence in the area.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.
• Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and schedule appointments with business owners.
• Maintain client records in the CRM with call notes and interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure wins.
• Continuously build knowledge of Auris products and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership.
