Job summary

Auris payroll and HR partner helps small to mid-sized businesses get payroll and HR right. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect, run presentations in person or by phone, and close deals in a fast sales cycle across the area.

You’ll work with a PDM or PTM during training, then set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals, supported by a tablet CRM and Salesforce for lead gen and contracts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure a WIN.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Train with PTM/PDM during initial appointments and CRM use.
