Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in the Grand Rapids area to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. You will work in person and by phone, coordinating with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager.

Training with leadership will precede independent, 100% commission work and residuals on new business. During training you’ll master our short-cycle sales process using Salesforce for lead generation, client analysis, and e-contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and live in the posting area.
• Strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run payroll presentations.
• Close deals within a fast sales cycle.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce; perform lead generation and paperless contracts.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with managers to optimize the sales process.
• Work in the field a significant portion of time.
