Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking competitive, coachable field sales representatives to build experience in B2B IT services sales. You will visit 10-20 local businesses daily, discuss cybersecurity needs, and identify opportunities to hand to MSP partners.

The role combines a base salary with commission and ongoing coaching in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Applicants should be comfortable with extensive local travel, door-to-door outreach, and speaking confidently about IT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in field or door-to-door sales.
• Strong communication and objection-handling abilities.
• Reliable, coachable and results-driven with a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10-20 predetermined businesses daily in the assigned territory.
• Discuss the Cyber Score report and ask diagnostic questions about IT setup.
• Log field notes after each visit and follow up in HubSpot.
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets and hit quotas.
• Represent TeamLogic IT professionally and maintain schedule with leadership teams.
