Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative in the Los Angeles area to visit local businesses, learn their IT needs, and present cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work with a structured sales process, logging activity in HubSpot and pursuing defined sales targets.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus performance-based commission, ongoing training, mileage reimbursement, a company tablet, and back-office support from a network of technicians across North America.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Comfortable with completely cold door-to-door walk-ins.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel daily across the assigned territory.
• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Able to follow a scripted sales process consistently.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 predetermined businesses per day in your assigned territory.
• Discuss the Cyber Score report and identify IT needs and pain points.
• Log field notes and follow-up details in HubSpot.
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Represent TeamLogic IT professionally to clients.
