Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a Field Sales Representative to visit local businesses, learn IT challenges, and identify security vulnerabilities. You will present qualified opportunities to our MSP partners, with daily travel across the territory and cold walk-ins to drive new business.

The role offers a base salary plus performance-based commission and rewards a reliable, coachable, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ and legally eligible to work in US
• Comfortable doing completely cold door-to-door walk-ins
• Valid CA driver's license

Responsibilities

• Visit 10-20 predetermined businesses per day in your assigned territory
• Discuss the Cyber Score report with a business representative
• Ask diagnostic questions about current IT setup and pain points
• Navigate objections with confidence and maintain momentum
• Capture key intelligence and follow up in CRM
• Build rapport quickly and adapt approach to each business
• Log daily activity and progress toward targets
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with scheduling and sales leadership
• Represent TeamLogic IT professionally at all times
