Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for outside, territory-based work. This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

You will meet business owners and employees in person, present benefit options, and start building a local book of business. You'll learn the sales playbook, receive hands-on field training, licensing support (Health & Life general lines license within 90 days), and ongoing coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Coachable, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Enjoy talking to people and building genuine connections.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days (licensing support provided).

Aufgaben

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
