Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for an outside, territory-based role in Texas. This independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to build a local client base by meeting business owners in person and presenting benefit options.

You’ll learn our sales playbook, earn commissions with bonuses, and receive licensing support to obtain a Life & Health general lines license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Be coachable, energetic, and eager to learn on your feet.
• Enjoy talking to people and building genuine connections.
• Willing to get licensed in Life & Health within 90 days with our support.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (we use Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
