Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our local territory team. In this in-person role, you’ll meet business owners and employees, present benefit options clearly, and help clients choose coverage.

This is an independent contractor position with a flexible schedule. You’ll receive hands-on training, licensing support (Health & Life), mentorship, and ongoing coaching as you build your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for in-person client meetings.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation and professional presence for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
