Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our security product lines across existing and new clients. You will develop relationships, identify leads, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to perform in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify needs; suggest products/services accordingly.
• Demonstrate products to customers based on their needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and forecasts.
• Travel as required and perform other duties as assigned.
