Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in fire alarm, security, fire sprinkler, and testing/inspection services. You will develop relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects, presenting tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree or five years of related experience, with excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Travel may be required to support territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or at least five years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Sales focus on Fire Alarms, Security Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, and Testing/Inspections.
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand needs; propose products and services.
• Demonstrate products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain customer relationships and post-sale issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and provide territory forecasts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
