Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect customers with Spectrum products. You will spend ~90% of time outdoors, visiting residential leads to tailor offerings and close deals, with a base plus incentives driving earnings above six figures for top performers.

Qualifications include a HS diploma, English proficiency, and strong sales acumen. Travel and a valid driver's license are required; evenings/weekends may be needed for peak contact times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle may be required.
• Experience in outside sales or telecom a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately (orders, dispositions, reports).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to meet team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video.
• Monitor competitors and share insights with management.
