The position offers a base salary with incentives and the potential to exceed $100,000 in total annual compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed in sales.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends to maximize contact.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities and relay relevant information to management.
