Spectrum seeks an Outside Sales Representative to connect people with Spectrum’s telecommunication services. You will visit neighborhoods, assess customer needs, and present tailored bundles to drive growth while representing a trusted brand.

Expect a base salary plus lucrative incentives; total compensation can exceed $100,000 per year. This role requires outdoor work, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license for territory travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with computers and basic software.
• 2+ years sales experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligning with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report to manager.
