Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative (FastenMaster Division) to drive sales by researching leads, building relationships with customers, and educating them on FastenMaster products. The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce records, meeting KPI targets, and coordinating with Inside Sales and Distribution. Travel is required, including nights away from home, with some after-hours and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably selling products in the construction industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with customers and vendors; strong relationship-building.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office.
• Overnight travel 4–8 nights per month; some after-hours and occasional weekends.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation; team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety as the number one priority for OMG employees.
• Achieve all targeted KPI goals and submit monthly progress reports.
• Actively maintain and update Salesforce with end-user customers and new prospects.
• Maintain communication with the Regional Manager regarding account activities and objectives.
• Keep appropriate inventory levels of products, samples, and literature in the vehicle.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and Distribution on promotions, product resets, and events.
• Conduct regular job-site visits and follow-up communications.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
