Job summary

OMG Inc. in the FastenMaster division seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive growth by researching leads, building relationships with contractors, and educating them on FastenMaster products and services.

You will maintain existing accounts with regular engagement, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Distribution to support promotions and product knowledge events. Occasional after-hours and travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel 4–8 nights per month, including overnight stays.
• Proactive communicator with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as a priority and achieve KPI goals.
• Research leads and build relationships with potential customers.
• Educate customers on FastenMaster products and services.
• Maintain and update customer database (Salesforce) with accounts.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and Distribution for promotions.
• Conduct regular job-site visits and provide follow-up.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
