Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the FastenMaster Division in the Portland, Oregon area. You will drive sales by researching leads, building relationships with contractors, and educating customers on FastenMaster products to meet needs.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience in construction, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel 4–8 nights per month. Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office is expected, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional conduct with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
• Achieve all targeted KPI Goals and submit monthly progress reports.
• Actively maintain and update company database (Salesforce) with end-user customers and prospects.
• Maintain communication with Regional Manager regarding account activities and objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels of products, samples, and literature in the company vehicle.
• Conduct regular job-site visits and maintain follow-up communication.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
