Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Northern California region (FastenMaster Division) to drive sales, build new and existing customer relationships, and educate customers on FastenMaster products and services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as priority.
• Meet KPI goals and submit monthly progress reports.
• Maintain Salesforce with end-user customers and prospects.
• Communicate with Regional Manager on activities and objectives.
• Manage inventory and samples in company vehicle.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and Distribution on promotions and knowledge events.
• Conduct regular job-site visits and follow-up.
