Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the FastenMaster Division to drive contractor-focused sales and build ongoing relationships with customers across our product lines.

You will educate end users on FastenMaster offerings and manage a pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce, while maintaining rigorous travel and field schedule. The role requires 1–2 years of construction sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a branded company vehicle.
• Strong to excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as a priority for OMG employees.
• Achieve KPI goals and submit monthly progress reports.
• Maintain and update Salesforce with end-user and new prospects.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on account activities and objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels of products, samples, and literature in the vehicle.
• Communicate with Inside Sales and Distribution on promotions and product knowledge events.
• Conduct regular job-site visits and follow-up communications.
