The Field Sales Representative in the FastenMaster Division drives sales by researching leads and educating customers on premium fasteners and services. This role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and travel 4–8 nights per month; strong communication, time management, and Salesforce CRM skills

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to travel 4–8 nights per month, some after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
• Achieve targeted KPI goals and submit monthly progress reports.
• Maintain and update Salesforce with end-user customers and prospects.
• Communicate with the Regional Manager on account activities and objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels of products, samples, and literature in the vehicle.
