Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations for small and mid-sized merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You will operate with coaching initially and then set your own schedule to maximize uncapped commissions and residuals on the business you bring in.

You will work closely with local leadership to set appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions, leveraging Salesforce for lead generation and paperless contracts.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time

• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments
• Build knowledge of the product/service portfolio and industry developments
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leadership
