Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Relevant sales experience with ability to learn quickly.
• Experience using CRM and MS Office; comfortable using mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Maintain relationships with customers via regular site visits and meetings.
• Educate customers on Sunstate products and services to meet operational needs.
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing balancing value and Sunstate objectives.
• Use CRM to document activity, manage follow-ups, and track trends.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders for smooth execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends and local market dynamics.
• Occasionally assist with equipment deliveries and pickups.
