AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences across Illinois. You will conduct product demonstrations, assess Wi-Fi needs and provide solutions directly at customers’ homes, while driving sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for official business use.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with paid training to prepare you for field work.
• Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
