AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences. You’ll connect with customers, present the latest technology, and close deals through hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners approaching six figures.

You'll work in the field at scheduled appointments, with paid training, mentorship, and ongoing learning. A valid license and the ability to travel are required; promotion and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets.
• Ability to upsell and increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company vehicle.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check including drug screen and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field visiting customers at scheduled appointments.
• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and hands-on demos.
• Provide Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
