Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove sales experiences directly in customers' homes across Illinois. You will work independently, demonstrate products, and drive new and existing customer sales.

Earn between $62,900 and $100,000 with uncapped commissions. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. Training starts soon; 40 hours/week; evenings and weekends required; a valid driver's license and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers daily and engage warm prospects
• Close deals with hands-on demos and tech delivery
• Provide Wi-Fi assessments and issue resolutions
• Schedule and conduct appointments provided by AT&T
