AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home demonstrations and services. You will meet customers at scheduled appointments, present the latest technology, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, keeping customers connected to what matters most.

Our reps earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures. The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and a company vehicle for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive sales targets in the field.
• Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing learning opportunities.
