Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Illinois to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, close deals with hands-on demos, and keep customers connected to the latest technology.

Earn uncapped commissions with a guaranteed base and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with top earners reaching six figures; paid training, company vehicle for official business, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training – setting you up for success to work independently in the field.
• Connect with our existing customers daily. AT&T will provide scheduled appointments, giving you the opportunity to engage with warm prospects effectively.
